Questions
1. Which country do you live in?
I live in the UK.
Favourite book?
I have a few but one that everyone who’s been following me for a while will know is Shantaram by Gregory David Roberts. It’s SO good!!
How do you spend your time during lockdown?
The first week or so I struggled but then managed to get into a routine. I spent much more time reading, as well as baking, binge watching Netflix and also did some crocheting.
Have you tried cooking a new dish because of lockdown? If yes, share the name?
Yes!!! I attempted to make home made samosas from scratch. I couldn’t get the traditional triangle shape so ended up turning them into round ones. They were a hit with the family!!!
I also attempted baking and made some baked doughnuts. This was one of my experiments as the doughnuts are supposed to be fried but I find it very hard to fry things so I just put them in the oven. The results weren’t too bad. They weren’t as soft as fried doughnuts but they tasted lovely especially with a cup of tea so can’t complain.
Early riser or Night owl?
I’m a night owl but really don’t mind waking up early either, as long as it’s not everyday lol. Typically I go to bed between midnight and 1am and usually up between 8am and 9am.
Holiday dream destination?
Again there are still lots of place I would love to visit but the one I would like to visit the most is New Zealand. It looks amazing!!!
Favourite food?
This is tough – at the moment it is that Parmesan chicken cause its so good. But I also love pasta and potatoes so any of them!
Instagram or Twitter?
I used to spend more time on Twitter, but the last couple of months there as been to many negative posts so I’ve been limiting the amount I go onto it, for that reason I’ve been using Instagram a bit more.
Favourite cartoon as a child?
ThunderCats, Mysterious Cities of Gold, The Racoons, Scooby-doo, Danger Mouse, Banana Man the list is endless.
What do you prefer on a Saturday night? Netflix or Partying?
Definitely Netflix and a good book. I’ve never been a big fan of partying.
