Welcome to the first WWW Wednesday of 2023!!
I hope you’re reading year has started off with bang!!
My reading year has started off strong!! So, let’s dive right in!!

What is WWW Wednesday?
It’s a weekly meme that I first discovered on Roachies Reviews blog, and that is originally hosted by Taking on a World of Words.
All you have to do is answer 3 simple questions:
What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What do you plan to read next?

Pachinko by Min Jin Lee – I’ve wanted to read this one for a while now, but after hearing mixed things about it from family and friends I kept putting of, but I finally picked it up. It’s different to what I usually pick up but I’m absolutely loving it so far!!
The Passage by Justin Cronin – I picked this one up over the weekend. This is the first book I’ve chosen from my 23 books for 2023 challenge. This is a re-read for me, but I really want to finish the series, and it’s been years since I last picked this one up and can’t actually remember anything about the book. I’m listening to the audiobook while following along physically, so it shouldn’t take me too long to finish this book!!
SPARE by Prince Harry – I’m not one to follow every detail about the Royal family, but after all the controversial opinions about Prince Harry, I was intrigued to pick this up. Also, after finding out that he had narrated the audiobook himself, I just had to get getthe audiobook. I’ve not managed to get far with this one as yet as other commitments had to take priority!! But I’m hoping to sit down and listen to it properly tomorrow.
One Visit by George Veck – This one was sent to me by the author, I’m not very far into this one as I only picked it up last night but it sounds really good.

I finished quite a few books in December I won’t list them all hear but you can check out my December 2022 wrap up to see which books I finished.
So far in January I have finished 3 books.
The first book I finished for 2023 was The Cat Who Saved Books by Sōsuke Natsukawa. This was the first buddy read that I finished with my bestie. Every year on New Year’s Eve we pick a short book to read together. This was an interesting read and enjoyed very much!!
The second book I finished was Hoglets’ Birthday Surprise by Lynette Creswell. I was sent a review copy by the author. This was a quick and cute read. I read it with my 2 year old nephew as his 3rd birthday is coming up.
Over the weekend I finished The Drift by C,J, Tudor. I’ve loved all the books I’ve read from this author, and this one was another fab read. I couldn’t put it down!!

Next up I’m hoping to pick up Are You Happy Now by Hanna Jameson. I was approved for this on NetGalley. It sounds really interesting and can’t wait to pick it up!!
I’d love to hear what you’re currently reading, finished reading or planning to read next, so let me know in the comments!! And don’t forget to leave links to your WWW Wednesday below if you have one!!
Happy reading till the next reading update!!

I’ve just reached the halfway point in Pachinko and am really enjoying it. I’m not too sure what I think of Spare at the moment.
