End Of The Year Book Tag 2022!!

Hi Bookish Friends!!

I hope your are all doing well. Today I’m back with The End Of The Year Book Tag!! I was tagged by the lovey Michaela over at Journey Into Books.

Don’t forget to check out her blog and follow her if you don’t already!!

So let’s dive into my answers!!

Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?

No not really, I’m the the sort of reader who likes to either finish a book I’m reading, and if I’m not enjoying it then I DNF it., which I’m finding much easier to do now!!

Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?

Again not really, I usually just pick-up whatever I feel like reading.

Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?

Not for 2022, that I can think of at the top of my head but there are definitely a few for 2023 that I can’t wait to pick up.

What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?

For this I’m going to put The Winternight Trilogy by Katherine Arden (The Bear and the Nightingale, The Girl in the Tower and The Winter of the Witch). These are the final book on my series challenge that I set for myself, so to complete it I need to finish these.

Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?

Oh this is a hard one, as I try not to set high expectations of books as the majority of times when I do, I end up being disappointed.

Have you already started making reading plans for 2023?

Of course!! I’ve got myself a new blogging diary and even got my notebooks ready, I’ve even started going through the books that are on my TBR shelves.

I Tag:

I’m not going to tag anyone specific as I can’t remember who’s done this tag already, so if you haven’t done it already or fancy doing it consider yourself tagged. If you do decide to take part in the tag don’t forget to link back to my post so I can read your answers!!!

  1. Fascinating post Mani. Really great way to write a book tag for this year, I actually don’t like this book tags but they seem fun. To answer the first question, Yes, there is a book I have read this year and I am still on it, its called ‘The subtle act of not giving a fuck” by Mark Manson who is a star blogger with over 2 mil views and he resides in USA, New York.
It’s a great one and the ones displayed here are pretty cool too
