Welcome to this weeks WWW Wednesday!! Hope you’ve all had a great week!!

This weeks post is going to be a little longer than normal, as I totally forgot to schedule my post last week as I ended up taking a mini break from my laptop, so decided to combine the two!!

So, let’s get into this weeks post.

What is WWW Wednesday?

It’s a weekly meme that I first discovered on Roachies Reviews blog, and that is originally hosted by Taking on a World of Words.

This week I’ve started 3 new books, I’m not very far into any of them but I’m super excited to be reading all of them. The first book I picked up is Duma Key by Stephen King. I’ve wanted to read this for so long but just never got around to it, but it got picked out of my TBR Jar for this years TBR JAR Challenge. The second book I’ve picked up is Songbirds by Christy Lefteri. I was lucky enough to receive both an eBook and physical copy. I was approved for the eARC on NetGalley and received a physical copy from Readers First. I have high hopes for this one after loving The Beekeeper of Aleppo. I then picked up Middlegame by Seanan McGuire. I’ve been waiting for my hold on this book forever. I put my hold in at the library for this one back in January 2020, but with the local library being closed until last month I only just got my turn. I also decided to pick up The Familiars by Stacey Halls. This is a re-read but this time I’m listening to the audiobook while following along physically.

The Mother Fault by Kate Mildenhall – Another book ticked off the NetGalley TBR. This is a dystopian mystery thriller set in one of my favourite countries Australia. This was a compelling and gripping read. My full thoughts coming soon so keep an eye out!!

Making It by Jay Blades – There is currently a 4 month waiting time for this book at my library, but I was lucky enough to be able to download the audiobook from my online library platform before the waiting time got out of control.   I really enjoyed this one. It was an interesting and entertaining read. It gives a detailed insight into Jay Blade life and personality, along with the difficulties he faced while growing up.

The Cell by Stephen King – Having seen the movie adaption of this book and not really liking it I was a little skeptical about reading this one. But I ended up liking it. Yes, the story was a little far fetched but never the less still a entertaining read in my opinion.

The Five by Hallie Rubenhold – Although I was excited to read this one I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I ended up really enjoying it. It was very interesting and actually learnt some interesting facts. Also I finally found a book that mentions the area where I live!! So, glad I picked this up from the local library.

The Vacation by John Marrs – As I mentioned in last weeks post, I was really excited to start this one. I was;t too sure of it at first but it picked up and all came together nicely. My review for this went up on Monday, you can check out my thoughts on this one here if you haven’t already.

The Bedwetter by Lee Allen Howard – I finished this one for an upcoming blog tour!! I’m not going to say too much as my stop is tomorrow. But what I will say is that this was a weird and messed up book, which wasn’t a bad read in the end.

Next up on my TBR is BIRTHRIGHTS by Carly Rheilan. I will be picking this up for an upcoming blog tour next month with Blackthorn Tours.
