Today I’m back with another Sunshine Blogger Award tag. I was tagged by the wonderful Marta over at Monogamist Reader for my 12th Sunshine Blogger Award. A massive thank you and shout out to her.

Those of you who have been following me for a while know how slow I am with keeping up to date with my tags 🙈 but I am catching up with them slowly!!

Now, don’t forget to follow Marta if you don’t already. She’s a lovely individual, super friendly and she posts great things on her blog!!! Also don’t forget to check out Marta’s very own answers to her Sunshine Blogger Award post here.

Questions from Marta:

1. What’s the biggest book you have read?

Ok, so according to Goodreads the biggest book I’ve read to date is World Without End by Ken Follett.

2. What was your favourite book when you were a kid?

This is a hard one as I loved Mrs Jolly’s Joke Shop by Allan Ahlberg and remember reading it till the pages fell apart and couldn’t be fixed, and I also loved reading the Roald Dahl books.

3. What’s the last film/TV show you watched?

The last film I watched was The Woman In The Window on Netflix. I’ve not read the book yet but it’s on my audiobook TBR. The last TV show I watched was Modern Family on Netflix again.

4. Would you accept a job as a librarian in an haunted library?

I would!! But, it would depend how it was haunted. I mean it was haunted by friendly ghosts yes if they weren’t then no!

5. What would be the title of the book based on your life?

Probably be something like The Boring But Thankful Life of Mani.

6. If they make a movie based on your life, who would you cast as actor/actress for your role?

Absolutely no idea!!!

7. Who is your absolute favourite writer?

Oh this is a hard one, especially as I have discovered so many new authors. But I’m always drawn to Stephen King’s book, even though they can be hit and miss.

8. Are you keeping up with your 2021 New Year’s Resolutions? (it doesn’t have to be reading goals)

I gave up setting personal New Year’s Resolutions a very long time ago. But do set reading goals which I think I’m on track for so far.

9. Is there a book you keep saying “One day I will read it” but you never do?

Not really, as I eventually get around to reading them. I usually put holds on them from my library or add them to my list of books to check out.

10. Can you name an underrated book you read and loved?

This is another hard one to narrow down. But I would definitely recommend checking out Indie authors as I have discovered so many books I’ve loved and couldn’t possibly choose just one.

11. What’s one movie you want to be novelized?

Yikes!! I have no idea!!! I went through a list of some of my favourite movies in my head and discovered that most of them are already based on books.

So, that’s all the questions from Marta answered. I don’t think I’ve done a very good job so if you’ve made it this far thank you for reading!!
