Happy Wednesday Folks!!
Hope you’ve all had a great week since last week’s post.
Oh my what a long week it’s been!!! But I finally managed to sit down and finish some books over the weekend and let me tell you it feels so good!!!
It’s half term here in the UK so no homeschooling this week which means I’ve been able to squeeze in a little more reading time.
So, let’s get into this weeks reading update!!!
What is WWW Wednesday?
All you have to do is answer 3 simple questions:
What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What do you plan to read next?
The Last Snow by Stina Jackson – It’s been waiting to be picked up all week and over the weekend I finally did. I’m nearly halfway, it’s a bit of a slow burn so far but I’m intrigued to want to keep reading.
Hidden Bodies by Caroline Kepnes – I jumped straight into the audiobook for this one after finishing the first book YOU as I’ve been approved to read the new book on NetGalley!!! Loved the watching the Netflix series and so far enjoying the books too.
The Light Knight by Sean P. Valiente – I had to put this one aside as I just didn’t get time to pick it up properly but I can finally show it some love. I’ve made some good progress and am nearly halfway. It’s another slow burn but still really enjoying it so far.
After Before by K.T. Dady – It feels like it’s taken me so long to finish this one, but I finally did I and loved it!!! I wish I could have spent more time reading this one as I know if I had the time I could have easily finished it in a couple of days!!!
YOU by Caroline Kepnes – I finished the audiobook over the weekend!!! I really enjoyed it, however, wish I had actually read the book before watching the series. I read this for our online book club, so will share my thoughts on it as soon as we have discussed it.
The Flatshare by Beth O’Leary – Another audiobook finished!!! I read this with my friend as part of our buddy read. I nearly gave up on it but made it to the end. It wasn’t a bad read in the end, however, still have some unanswered questions. Honestly if it wasn’t for the buddy read I probably wouldn’t have picked it up. I hope to share my full thoughts on this one soon.
I’m hoping to pick up Eleanor & Park by Rainbow Rowell. I picked this one up from the charity shop a couple of years ago but never managed to pick it up. Well the truth is it got buried under the new books, until I finally swapped all the books around!!! I’ve heard mixed things about this one so not going in with high expectations.
