My Thoughts & Review
Firstly, I would like to thank Karen for getting in touch and asking me if I would be interested in reviewing this book. Now as many of you know that I don’t normally pick up a romance novel on my own accord, but I really liked the sound of this one and was excited to give it a go.
A Thousand Years is a well written book, that has a unique and imaginative plot. I found the whole soul mate theme quite interesting. This definitely isn’t your typical romance novel that I was expecting. I also liked the Sci-fi kind of twist on the plot, and think this made the book more interesting to me.
The characters are well developed and although the talking soul bit may be a little unrealistic, the characters themselves were very believable and could relate to them in parts.
I may still not be a huge romance fan but I know one thing if they were more interesting like this on then I would definitely be open to trying more of them.
All in all, I found this to be a sweet yet thought provoking book and would definitely recommend to anyone who loves reading romance novels.
Once again thank you to Karen for sending me the eBook in return of this honest and unbiased review.
