Hey everyone!!
Time for another book tag!!!
A big THANK YOU once again to the lovely Danni at For Books Sake for tagging me. Sorry for the delay once again I know you tagged me back in March!!!
1. Do you keep a list of the books you have read?
Yes!! I have a book journal were I track which books Iβve read each month. I also use Goodreads to keep a track of my books.
2. If you record statistics, what statistics do you record?
In my book journal I keep record the books title, author and my star rating, and on Goodreads I record the same as well as sharing my reviews.
3. Do you give star ratings for books and if so, what do you score books out of and how do you come about this score?
No Hearts/DFN β Did not finish
π β Didnβt like it
ππ β It was OK
πππ β Liked it
ππππ β Really liked it
πππππ β Was amazing
4. Do you review books?
Yes!!! I try to review every book I read, even if that means a giving a quick one. I think there are only a hand full of books were Iβve posted a review since I started blogging
5. Where do you put your finished books?
This depends on the book!!! If I loved the books then they go on my read shelves and stay there but anything I rate 3 or below get passed on to family and friends. But if I fall in love with the front cover then it stays!!! Usually only until I run out of space
6. Do you have any other rituals for when you have finished a book?
I try to write a rough review or outline a review as soon as I finish so that I can work on it later otherwise this girl forgets what sheβs read.

Fun tag! I love your answers! I’ll have to put this on my to-do list. The ‘rough review’ thing reminded me I used to do that too! It’s so helpful. I really need to get back into that good practice π

The rough review makes things so much easier. So, good to know I’m not the only one who does this π.

Ooh I do the rough review/notes thing too when I finish a book! Especially if it’s a late night finish, I’m always nervous I’ll forget half of what I want to say by the time I wake up again π I’m the same as you with books I rated 3 or below (and if they’re not drop-dead gorgeous covers hahaha) – off to the charity shop and I also sell them sometimes if they happened to be special editions!

I’ve never been able to write things first time, always have to write rough notes before typing up π. I never sold any of my books, have swapped a few with friends and family, but majority of them go to the charity shop π

I don’t use a book journal, only Goodreads (then again I only read 4 books on average each month so there’s not a lot to keep up with) but other than that, I have the same answers as you have! We’re very like-minded! xxx

Book journal is useful but sometimes I forget to update as I go along, so end updating most of it at the end of the month π

A great tag, Mani. I also use Goodreads to keep track of books I’ve read. I post all my reviews there too.
