Happy Wednesday Everyone!!!
Hope you’re all doing well!!!
Since last weeks posts I don’t really have much to report back on!! I had my surgery last Thursday and was home by the weekend. It’s so good to be home!!!
I had planned to do lots of reading while resting but turns out all I’ve been doing instead for the last week is falling asleep from the painkillers 🙈. But am sure I’ll be back on track soon 😉.
So, let’s get into this weeks very short post 😂.
What is WWW Wednesday?
All you have to do is answer 3 simple questions:
What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What do you plan to read next?
So, without further ado here’s my WWW Wednesday for this week.
Blind Isolation by Henry Bassett – This is the second book in The Dead Chronicles of Martha Railer series. It was sent to me by the author. I picked this one in the hopes that I could at least add one book to my read list for this week, as it’s only 32 pages long. But nope I couldn’t stay awake long enough to finish it.
Sepulchre by Kate Mosse – I started this one last week but have only managed to read one chapter 🙈
The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins – I managed to download the audiobook from BorrowBox. This was another book I was hoping to add to the read list this week but once again didn’t happen. I’ve had to restart it several times since downloading it.
With Her Fists by Henry Roi – This is the only book where I’ve actually made a bit of progress with this week. And that’s because I’ve been reading it at really odd times on my Kindle. Mostly in the early hours of the morning between 3am and 4am. Really can’t wait to get back to my normal reading and sleeping pattern.
I think this is the first time since I started doing this weekly post that I have nothing to put in this section!!
I’m really hoping that I can get back on track with my reading and hoping I can start some of the books on my August TBR.
What’s everyone currently reading, finished reading or planning to read next? Don’t forget to leave links to your WWW Wednesday
