Question One: A book you feel you need to read because everyone talks about it

40554141There a few but I’m going to go with Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid. Everyone seems to be reading and loving this book, and talking about it all over social media.

Question Two: A book that’s really long

24280.jpg

I really want to read this book but just the shear size of it is putting me off at the moment, especially as there are so many books waiting to be read on my TBR pile. I will read this one day.

Question Three: A book you’ve had on your bookshelf or TBR list for far too long

727800

This is the one I’ve had sitting on my shelves the longest.

Question Four: A book that is ‘required reading’ (e.g. a school text or popular classic – something you feel obligated to read)

5107

Question Five: A book that intimidates you

Sorry but I’m going to choose Les Misérables by Victor Hugo again

24280

Question Six: A book you think may be slow

18144124

This book sounds so interesting yet I have this feeling that it will be a slow read, but will let you know when I get around to reading it.

Question Seven: A book that you need to be in the right mood for

33294200

I tried picking up this book to read but wasn’t in the mood so it went back on TBR pile.

Question Eight: A book you’re unsure you’ll like

39098246

I’ve heard mixed things about this book so not sure what to expect from it. But I will be reading it soon.

  1. I hope you will love Les Miserables. It is really a classic which is worth your time. The songs to the famous musical are also superb. What a story.

  2. Les Miserables is terrifying but in my opinion it’s completely worth it! Just … skim the section on Waterloo if you want to keep your sanity.
