WWW WEDNESDAY

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!!

Well, since my last WWW Wednesday I’ve had a pretty slow reading week. I’ve been catching up with socialising with family and friends, so didn’t manage to read as much.

What are you currently reading?

This week I started 3 new books. The first one I started was A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman. This is our March read for book club. I really enjoying this book it’s so funny and interesting.

The second book I started is The Confessions of Frannie Langton. This was sent to me by the publisher thanks to LoveReading UK. I’ve read 3 chapters of it so far and I’m hoping to get some more read, as it seems to be an interesting read.

I also started listening to The 1,000 Year Old Boy by Ross Welford on audiobook. I’m nearly half way and I’m enjoying it. This one has been on my TBR for a while.

What have you recently finished reading?

This week I finished The Secret Runners of New York by Matthew Reilly. This was a really frustrating read, that I din’t really enjoy. In fact I actually nearly threw this books across the room while reading it. I posted my review for this book yesterday, you can read it here if you haven’t already done so.

Technically I didn’t finish Into The water by Paula Hawkins, I got to about 100 pages (just over an hour on audiobook) and then DNF’ed the book. I just could go on with it. I found it so slow and I couldn’t really concentrate on the storyline. This is the second book by Paula Hawkins that I have DNF’ed.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m hoping to start The Willow Woman by Laurence Westwood along with maybe some of my other eARCs that are waiting to be read on my Kindle.
