Thank you bookbuyer123 for tagging in this tag. Sorry it’s taken me so long to do it. It’s not the best but I’ve managed to answer every question. (Don’t forget to check out boobuyer123’s blog over at Book Buyers Beginning Blogging Adventure if you haven’t already)
RULES:
- You must tag the original creator (bookbuyer123, Xandra @ Starry Sky Books)
- Spoilers galore! You should probably read The Cruel Prince first! (You don’t really need to read The Wicked King, but that would be nice.)
- Answer all the questions.
- Try to tag at least 3 other bloggers.
Jude: A character who would probably kill you in your sleep.
Ok, I know this is too literal but the first one that comes to mind is Hannibal Lecter from Silence of the Lambs. This character comes to mind because I was just reorganised my shelves and I haven’t put these books away yet.
Cardan: A character who seems like a Bad Guy™ but is ultimately more complex than you thought.
I’m going to say Nova from Renegades by Marissa Meyer.
Locke: A character (or plot twist) that made you want to throw the book.
Ok for this one I’m going to go with because I really did want to throw this book across the room while reading it.
Taryn: A character who deceived you.
Ok, I thought very hard about this and I’m going to say character Louise from the book the Lullaby/Perfect Nanny by Leïla Slimani. I thought she was so sweet and then she kills the children she is looking after and I hated her by the end of the book.
Vivi: A book that was significantly different from the others in its series.
This is a hard one to answer as I’ve started many series but haven’t finished any fully except for the Harry Potter series.
Valerian: A character who just needs to die (or, you know, stabbed).
This is another hard one there are so many characters I would like to die. But, I’m going to go with the character Roy from the book The Good Liar by Nicolas Searle He was a nasty character in the book.
Oak: A smol™ character you would protect at all costs.
I’d have to say Hermione from the Harry Potter the series. She’s always been my favourite.
The Cruel Prince: A book that surprised you with a twist.
The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. Really wasn’t expecting that ending.
The Wicked King: A book you thought was better (or worse) than the first in the series.
Umm, not sure, as I said earlier I haven’t actually finished many series, except for the Harry Potter series. So I’m going to go with Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban at the time that was my favourite one.
The Queen of Nothing: A book you’re excited for, but know nothing about.
I’m looking forward to reading a few but a few days ago I came across the book called The Fever King by Victoria Lee. I know absolutely nothing about it but the front cover looks so cool.
