WWW Wednesday – 27th February 2019

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!!

(I First saw this on Roachies Reviews blog, originally hosted by Taking on a World of Words)

In the UK it was half term so school was out for a week and I spent the week having fun  with my nephew, and didn’t do as much reading. But, I did manage to finish a few books.

So, here’s my WWW Wednesday.

What are you currently reading?

I started reading WHAT IF IT’S US by Becky Albertalli and Adam Silvera on Friday. I’m a 150 pages in. I wasn’t sure about this one when I first picked it up but I’m starting to warm to it and getting into it.

I’m just over half way through the  Half Blood Blues by Esi Edugyan our February book club read. This is read is up and down. I’m still struggling with the language style on this one.

What have you recently finished reading?

I finished The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. This debut novel was SO good. I will be posting my review tomorrow hopefully so you can read all about why I loved it so much.

This week I also finished listening to We Have Always Lived In The Castle by Shirley Jackson. This was a nice quick listen. It was only 6 hours long. I’m working on my review this week so should be coming in the next few days.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m planning to start In The Dark by Cara Hunter. I really enjoyed her 1st book in the series, so looking forward to reading this one.

What’s everyone currently reading, finished reading or planning to read this week? Feel free to leave a link to your WWW Wednesday or just a comment if you want below.
