WWW Wednesday – 31st October 2018

Here’s my WWW Wednesday for this week!!! Happy Reading everyone!!

(First seen on Roachies Reviews blog and originally hosted on Taking on a World of Words)

What are you currently reading?

On Sunday I started reading THIS LIE WILL KILL YOU by Chelsea Pitcher. I got the book as an eARC from NetGalley. This is a YA, Horror book, I’m about 25% in so far and so far it’s a really good read.

Also I still reading THE MINIATURIST by Jessie Burton for my book club read. Hopefully I will finish it before our next meeting which is on 13th November. I think I may need to start listening to it on audiobook to help me get through it quicker.

What have you recently finished reading?

I finished ROAR by Cecelia Ahern. This book is written with a collection of 30 short stories, all about women in different situations and how they overcome them. It was an interesting read which I liked. I posted a review of this book yesterday. If you haven’t already read my review then it’s ok you can do so here.

I also finished listening to The Vegetarian by Han Kang. The book is quite short so got through it pretty fast. I have mixed feelings about this book. I am working on the review and hope to post it soon.

Over the weekend I finished reading Tomorrow’s World by Guy Portman. It was very different to what I normally read, but I really enjoyed it. My review on this book will be coming soon.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I plan to finish some books that I started but haven’t quite got around to finishing them as I got distracted with some NetGalley eARCS.  I’m also planning to start The Hunting Party by Lucy Foley as well as some of my own books from my very neglected TBR pile.

What’s everyone currently reading, finished reading or planning to read this week? Feel free to leave a link to your WWW Wednesday or just a comment if you want below.

  1. Awesome http://WWW... I am finishing up Netgalley ARC called Super Jake and the King of Chaos. It’s a middle grade book, then I’ll be reading Thimble Summer, another middle grade book that won a Newbery. I’m slowly working my way through all the newbery winners! Happy reading!
