I started reading Life and Death: Twilight Reimagined by Stephanie Meyer. I’ve had this on my TBR list since it was first published and I’ve only just got around to reading it. Loved the original book and so far enjoying this one.

Over the weekend I also started reading HIPPIE by Paulo Coelho, a eARC from NetGalley. I don’t know how I feel about this book at the moment, but hoping it will be good.

Last night I started reading The Yellow Birds by Kevin Powers for my September book club read.

What have you recently finished reading?

This week I finished reading 2 books. The Hate U Give by Angie Thomas and EGGSHELLS by Caitriona Lally. I really enjoyed The Hate U Give it was a thought provoking book which I highly recommend to anyone who hasn’t read it. You can read more of my thoughts and review of this book here.

EGGSHELLS on the other hand was an ok-ish read which I received from HarperCollins UK. You can read my pre-publication review on this book here.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I am still working my way through my library books and eARCs from NetGalley (see lists below) so will be reading something from there.

Library Books:

  1. RENEGADES by Marissa Meyer
  2. INSIGNIA by S. J. Kincaid
  3. PLACES IN THE DARKNESS by Chris Brookmyre
